Bathford Nurseries, Bath
Project Duration - 2019 - Present
This project involves the construction of ten new affordable houses on the edge of the village of Batheaston, three miles to the east of Bath. It is proposed that the houses are finished in bath stone and timber cladding which is typical of other new houses in the near vicinity. The terraced arrangement of the houses aims to 'compact' and minimise the visual impact of the scheme as it is located in the greenbelt. This arrangement also improves the environmental performance of the houses, it is proposed that they are constructed to a Passivehaus standard.
The scheme is currently in planning.
