Manor Close, Wellow
Project Duration - 2018 - Present
The proposal is for one new dwelling on land adjacent to Manor Close in Wellow, a village to the south of Bath. The site is in a constrained location and the dwelling has been designed to avoid overbearing on existing properties to the south of the site. Due to the sites location in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding National Beauty a 'Landscape Visual Impact Assessment' document was required in order to ensure the proposal does not detriment the existing landscape quality, this was produced in house by Nicholas Morley Architects.
